Grab your favorite chocolate cake mix and some food coloring and your good to go :)
We took a couple of tubs of white icing and added the traditional Halloween colors- orange, purple and green. Of course, you can mix it up with other colors.

It looks like we got ahead of ourselves with the eyeball decorations but we really couldn't hekp ourselves;) The Wilton assorted eye ball decorations set is a must have and need to get if you're going to be busy for October creating delicious but of course, gruesome baked goodies!
We added three different types of color to the white frosting, just to add a lively burst of color. The Wilton food coloring set is also another item we highly recommend. The kit contains a chart to create a variety and mix of shades. We were so happy to see how easy it was to make all our favorite Halloween colors!
We had so much fun making these mini cakes, you can really get the kids creativity going and it's a cake that everyone will happily enjoy.
